EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is a modern training method that uses electrical impulses to activate muscle. During a short, intensive session, you put on a special overalls with electrodes that stimulate muscles, thanks to which the exercises are more effective. The training lasts about 20-25 minutes, but gives results similar to a much longer traditional session, helping in building strength, muscles, burning calories and improving overall fitness. After training, we also relax with massage in electrostimulation. Each training takes place with the coach and the training plan is individually matched.
